It was important that the "thank you's" come from the brand team themselves, so we enlisted them and scheduled shifts around the clock until we reached 1M. And it was the first time any brand streamed live video content around the clock and had it be responsive to fan comments. Watch and see how this audacious goal was accomplished by sheer will and lunacy.
